The IT Training Center (ITTC) is the official tech-education arm of Catanduanes State University (CatSU). Operating under the direct umbrella of the College of Information and Communications Technology (CICT), the ITTC is an integral university unit dedicated to empowering our student body and the wider Catanduanes community with future-ready digital skills.
As a specialized extension of CICT, we serve as the province’s premier hub for technology education, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world industry demands.
